The system operates according to the principle of the amplification of the initiator signal of disintegration of meta-stable structures. Affected by the external electromagnetic field, the magnetic moments of molecular currents in the mixing centers of the nerve cells of the cortex make them lose their original orientation. The result is a disalconnection of the spin structures of these relocated electrons gives rise to unstable or meta-stable states within them. These conditions of disintegration then act as the initiator signal.

In terms of physics, the device is a system of electronic oscillations which resonate with wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation. Their energy being equal to the energy necessary to break the dominant bands which maintain the structural organization of the biological object. The system allows the production of a predefined bioelectric activity of  Brain neurons, and with this background activity, it becomes possible to selectively amplify signals, which previously were hardly detectable against static fluctuations. Information on the specific temporary conditions of bodies and tissues is then collected without contact by means of a "trigger-capper", developed using information technologies and modern microcircuits. The sensor detects low signal fluctuations and selects them from the average statistical characteristics of the field noise and converts them into a digital sequence which is treated by a microprocessor, which is then transmitted to the computer via the interface cable.
