Why we need Oxygen Concentrator

Working Principle
The Oxygen Concentrator adopts the advanced PSA (Pressure Swing Absorption) air separation technology, which is based on the Zeolite molecular filter from nitrogen and oxygen in the air, and the different absorption characteristics of the Zeolite under different pressures to achieve the separation of oxygen and nitrogen.
There are two PSA towers filled with molecular Zeolite filters in the oxygen making machine. When the air enters filtering tower A (which contains the Zeolite), the nitrogen adsorption capacity is strong and the oxygen passes through. When the air is pressurized, the nitrogen in the air can be inhaled(?), the excess oxygen is collected into a collecting chamber at the lower end of the filtration tower. After the set intake cycle is completed, the filtration tower A ends the intake to produce oxygen and enters the nitrogen removal process, while, simultaneously, the filtration tower B enters the nitrogen removal process , and uses the oxygen separated from tower B to “reverse blow” filtration tower A. The nitrogen filtered by tower A is released into the ambient air, and the nitrogen can be used again at the next pressure cycle to make oxygen. The whole process is dynamic and cyclic, and the molecular filter is not used up. In this way, high concentrations of oxygen can be obtained at the outlet of the tower. PSA technology is the characteristic of Zeolite filters which change with the pressure, so the gases can be inhaled alternately.
